We bake everything fresh, and we want you to genuinely enjoy your cupcakes. If something is not right, we promise to make it right.

If you do not like your cupcakes, we offer a full refund on eligible items. No awkward conversations, no pressure, just fairness.

Fair Use Policy

Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to protect genuine customers. We reserve the right to limit refunds where there is clear misuse of the policy or repeated refund requests from the same household.

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

How It Works

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • Simply contact us and our team will take care of it promptly
  • Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, full refunds apply to 6 and 12 packs, and refunds may apply to uneaten or reasonably uneaten items for Large Orders of 24 packs*

For larger orders such as 24 packs, which are typically shared, we assess refund requests based on what would reasonably remain uneaten at the time of contact.

Large Orders

For larger orders such as 24 packs, we understand these are often ordered for sharing or special occasions. If you are unhappy, we will:

  • Refund the appropriate portion, or
  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide store credit

We always choose the option that is fair and reasonable for both you and us. Due to the nature of large discounted bundles, full pack refunds (of 24 packs) may not always be possible.

Refund Method

  • Refunds may be issued back to the original payment method, as store credit, or as a replacement
  • For larger orders, store credit or replacement may be offered first so you are not left out of pocket

Proof & Processing

  • We may ask for a quick photo of the remaining cupcakes or packaging so we can process your request smoothly
  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe once approved

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will resolve it immediately. 

 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time, provided the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Because our cupcakes are baked fresh to order, cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund once preparation has begun. In these cases, the order will still be delivered as planned and covered under our Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee if you are unhappy after receiving it.
